How do I return my order?
For any return request, please contact your sales representative directly.
⚠️ Please note that returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind after delivery. Only justified requests (e.g., damaged or non-compliant products) will be considered.

If your return is approved, a credit note will be issued by our accounting department.

If you prefer a refund, please send your request to compta@domotex.fr and include your bank details (IBAN/BIC).
Refunds are processed within 8 business days from the date of your request, provided the credit note has been validated and your bank details (IBAN/BIC) have been sent to the accounting department (compta@domotex.fr).
