Fabrics are sold by roll (20 meters) or by board (10 meters).
For yarn and haberdashery, packaging details are specified directly on each product page.
If an item seems unavailable, it may be out of stock and has possibly been replaced by a new product.

The number of samples is limited and subject to the sales team’s approval.
Yes, you can request fabric lengths for prototyping.
As with samples, shipment is subject to your sales representative’s approval.

We ship your orders via DPD or by specialized carrier for bulky shipments.
The average shipping time is 4 to 5 business days within France.
For international deliveries, this timeframe may be extended by a few additional days.
As soon as your order is shipped from our logistics warehouse, you will receive a delivery note by email with a tracking link.
Simply click on this link to access the real-time tracking of your parcel.
For deliveries within France, shipping is free for orders over €500 (excluding VAT).
For international deliveries, please contact your sales representative directly to obtain an accurate shipping estimate, as costs vary depending on the weight and volume of your package or pallet.

How do I return my order?
For any return request, please contact your sales representative directly.
⚠️ Please note that returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind after delivery. Only justified requests (e.g., damaged or non-compliant products) will be considered.
If your return is approved, a credit note will be issued by our accounting department.

Refunds are processed within 8 business days from the date of your request, provided the credit note has been validated and your bank details (IBAN/BIC) have been sent to the accounting department (compta@domotex.fr).

All our fabrics undergo strict quality control.
When introducing new fabrics, we also perform laboratory tests to verify the information in the technical datasheet and ensure the product complies with our quality standards.
It’s an inspection method that assigns points (1 to 4) based on the severity of fabric defects.
The standard allows up to 40 points per 100 m², but Domotex applies a stricter limit of 18 points per 100 m² to ensure higher quality.
Most of our products carry the OEKO-TEX® Class 1 label, suitable for babies and young children.
Some items also meet the GOTS label, ensuring ≥ 95% organic fibers and responsible production.
